Plain Honey Cake

METHOD

Warm honey with sufficient milk to make stiff dropping consistency. Add to sieved flour, salt sultanas, sugar and Ovaltine. Mix well

Place in a greased paper liner 1lb loaf tin and bake at gas mark 4 or 350 F for 1 hour or untill cooked through. Allow to cool for 5 mins before turnong onto a wire tray. (Delicious)

FRUIT PUNCH

1 cup Orange Juice, Half cup Lemon Juice, 2 cups Grapefruit juice, 2 cups water, 4-5 tablespoons honey.

METHOD
Combine ingrediants, add alchol if required, chill before serving
